Join us for an engaging, hands-on workshop designed to help you envision and plan for a good life using Charting the LifeCourse tools. This interactive session will guide participants through a powerful person-centered planning framework that supports individuals and families in setting meaningful goals for the future.

During this workshop, you will:

  • Discover how Charting the LifeCourse serves as a foundation for life planning.

  • Explore the lifelong impact of family involvement.

  • Gain inspiration and practical strategies for person-centered journeys.

  • Participate in reflection and brainstorming exercises to apply this approach to IEP and life planning.

  • Individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities

  • Family members and caregivers

  • Professionals supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
