📜 Format & Rules
Tournament Format
- Round Robin format
- 8 games total, with 12 hands per game
- Players draw a card to determine partners each game
- House rules provided at each table
- Tournament Director will resolve all disputes and tiebreakers
⚠️ Spectators Policy:
Spectators are not allowed during gameplay. They may attend the meal portion, must leave by 1:00 PM, and may return after 5:30 PM.
📋 Scoring
- 1 point per trick
- 2 points for a Euchre
- 4 points for a Loaner
- $.50 per Euchre collected
- Final rankings based on total accumulated points
📝 Registration & Players
Online pre-registration is strongly encouraged to ensure proper table setup and food preparation. Same-day registration may be limited if tables cannot be filled.

⏱️ Event Timeline
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch served
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: Same-day registration & check-in
- By 12:30 PM: Pre-registered player check-in
- 1:00 PM – 1:15 PM: Tournament begins
- 5:00 PM: Tournament concludes
- 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Scores finalized & prizes awarded
🎟️ 50/50 raffle tickets available starting around 12:30 PM
🏆 Prizes
- 🥇 1st Place: $300
- 🥈 2nd Place: $200
- 🥉 3rd Place: $100
Prize amounts are based on total registrations and may be adjusted.
All Euchre money collected will be paid out beyond the top 3 prizes.
🌮 Food & Refreshments
Meal served from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (before play begins)
Includes a scheduled 20-minute break during the tournament.
Each Player Receives:
- 2 tacos
- Nacho chips & cheese
- Dessert
- Non-alcoholic beverage
- Access to toppings bar
Additional Options:
